Biscuit Academy

Join us for action and creativity packed biscuit making workshops!

We have a fun lineup of our seasonal biscuits. We’ll be rolling and cutting biscuits, and decorating already baked biscuits.

For children aged 3+

Our biscuits are fresh and all-natural, using carefully sourced, high quality produce. We use organic flour and butter, free-range local eggs. Our chocolate is Valrhona and our jams are from Fruits of the Forage. You’ve never tasted a biscuit like it.

We decorate our biscuits with chocolate and nuts and natural sprinkles and powdered dried fruit. We’re creative with our shapes and traditional in our ways. We hand cut all our biscuits! How abou that.

Come and join in some good old-fashioned fun!

About Our Workshops.

We are currently running two workshops every Saturday, at 10.30am and 2.30pm, for children aged 3+. Workshops take 1 hour 55 minutes and children can be left in our care for the duration.

Workshops start with a welcome of milk or apple juice for children and tea or coffee for guardians, accompanied with our all-natural handmade biscuits. We then typically start with rolling out one of our biscuit doughs and cut or mould biscuits according to children’s preferences. They are given a choice of shapes and we encourage them to be as creative as they like, guiding them in the process. While these biscuits bake, we move on to decorating a selection of our ready-baked biscuits.

Children then package all of their biscuits with a choice of ribbons and decorations.

Classes are £45 per child and include £25+ worth of our biscuits; children can be left in our care for the duration.

Every Saturday, at Howe, 93 Pimlico Road, London SW1W 8PH

Halloween Workshops.

Our Halloween workshops involve cutting out various halloween shapes from our pumpkin biscuit dough, carving faces into pumpkin biscuits and moulding witches fingers.

For decorating we have pumpkins, witches’ hats, ghosts, spiders and cobwebs. We use powdered dried tangerines, roasted crushed almonds and Valrhona chocolate and natural silver sprinkles for decorating.

23rd&30th October, 10.30am-12.30pm and 2.30pm-4.30pm.

Please email biscuits@bibidubiscuits.com for bookings.

Autumn Workshops.

We have a choice of cinnamon flavoured pumpkin dough and an oat based biscuit dough, for extra nutrition. Our autumn shapes this year include leaves and acorns, mushrooms, woodland animals, trains, flowers, dachshunds and more. We will be decorating big biscuits and mini biscuits, in seasonal tones and textures, and most excitingly making popping fireworks biscuits! All of our decorations are natural. Join us for our flavour packed autumn workshops where choice and creativity reign supreme!

6th & 13th November.

Christmas at bibidù.

We have an exciting line-up of different Christmas flavours and activities!

We have delicious gingerbread men and animals, trees, stockings and santas for decorating. We will also be making trees from biscuits as well as Christmas decorations from biscuits! We have a weekend of working with traditional German wooden springele boards for moulding our best-selling speculoos biscuits and two exciting longer afternoons planned for December: we’ll be making gingerbread houses and decorating tabletop trees with ribbons, dried flowers and fruits and biscuit decorations that we will make at the start of the workshop. We can’t wait to welcome you in our biscuit grotto!

From 20th November – 11th December.
