Delivery.

bibidù aims to dispatch orders that are placed before 9am on the same day, but it may take 3-5 working days.

If you have any special delivery requirements please get in touch and we will do our best to try and accommodate you.

Domestic (within the UK)

Parcels under 2kg will be shipped with Royal Mail 24 service. The service aim is delivery the next day delivery Monday-Saturday, but may take longer during peak times and to remote locations. 

Parcels over 2kg will be shipped with Fedex Next Day*. This is a signed and tracked for service where the package will be out for delivery on the next working day after dispatch. Saturday and Timed Deliveries (ie. Pre-Midday) will incur additional surcharges. Please get in touch for more details.

For International Deliveries please get in touch directly and we will propose a delivery courier that is best suited to your needs.

Damaged goods

All our packages are packed with care and thought and we hope you receive them in perfect condition. If however your order is damaged in transit we will replace it at no extra cost or give you a full refund.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone (see our contact details). In some cases we will require evidence of the damage.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with the products you have received, please get in touch within 24 hours on hellohello@bibidu.love. Please return any goods in unused and undamaged condition within 7 days of purchase, for an exchange or full refund. It is your responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us safely and at your expense.
