Storage:
Keep in an airtight container, ideally covered in baking parchment. The biscuits are best consumed fresh, within two weeks of purchase, though they will keep longer, for up to 4-6 weeks. After two weeks it is advisable to ‘revive’ the biscuits in a hot oven for eight minutes before enjoying them.
