Storage:
Keep in an airtight container, ideally covered in baking parchment. The biscuits are best consumed fresh, within two weeks of purchase, though they will keep longer, for up to 4-6 weeks. After two weeks it is advisable to ‘revive’ the biscuits in a hot oven for eight minutes before enjoying them.

flour (gluten), clarified butter (milk) coconut sugar, egg, salt, baking powder
salted caramel: double cream, butter, coconut sugar, salt, vanilla extract
chocolate and orange marmalade: 70% chocolate (cocoa butter, cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla extract, milk), oranges, lemons, coconut sugar
coffee and walnut: coffee, walnuts
